Allow us to take you for a drift through Vermont's beautiful countryside . Miles of water awaits as we comfortably fish our way down the river. We will also stop and wade fish some of the remote riffles and runs, that few anglers ever walk too. Many of Vermont's large waterways do not see driftboat traffic, which makes our float trips very unique. No tippy canoes here! Our drift hardboats and rafts are very comfortable and stable. These trips, in our opinion, are some of the best trips in Vermont.
The White River offers miles of floating options for the fly angler and is unique to Vermont. The larger freestone watershed offers a big river feel harder to find here and traverses some of Vermont's most beautiful landscapes. The White River is home to Rainbow and Brown Trout, but is also high quality Smallmouth Bass fishery starting in late Spring. Float time varies from 8 to 12 hours. Lunch is provided. For more information on the White River, you can read GMA Guide Jesse Haller's contribution on the watershed in the recently published "50 Best Places to Fly Fish in the Northeast".
