The Otter, for the time, will be a great option. We had lots of water get pushed through and cool off the system. This also got the Isonychia's really going too. Flip a rock on Otter Creek, Pulp Mill especially, and you will see the Iso nymphs doing their, hot skillet dance on the underside. The rain also got another wave of Golden Stones to hatch. Keep an eye on the Otter, This small time period of cooler water should be a great time to get into fish, but do keep your thermometer handy. Remember, if you intend to release fish DO NOT fish when the water is warmer then 70, I'll say 69. Keep checking the Otter for a heavier Iso hatch, I'll keep you as posted as much as possible. Yet another side note....The forge fish have had a while to grow so the trout have several big food options to chose from. Try working some streamers, we have many styles, sizes and colors. I like the Muddy Buddy Sculpin.
