Streamers!!, Woolhead Sculpins Buggers-Black, Olive, Purple, DoubleBunny's, Muddlers, Pt's, Princes, Har Although the water has fluctuated often with the Otter fishing has been very good. Dead drifting streamers has been very effective, however a little action on the fly has triggered some BIG responses. Tandem a nymph behind and swing flies trough runs. Remember the Otter is open year round to catch and release fishermen, so live up the other streams before they close on OCT 31st.
